District Administration	District collector reviews the activity of agriculture programme of the district every week. All the departments related to Agriculture including Agriculture department participates in the meeting. Krishi Vigyan Kendra Seoni also participates in the meeting and take leading part related to the technological gaps and problems.
Agriculture Department	Training to the field workers of agriculture Department. Attending monthly workshop – cum – training of SADO (Agri) & SMS Training to the farmers organized by the Agriculture Department. Technical guidance and training in preparation of plans for INM, ICM, IPM demonstration on oil Seeds & pulses, Demonstration in ICDP Rice project, ATMA. NFSM . KVK Seoni is a member of District Diagnostics team for plant protection. Joint participation in organizing Kisan Sangosthi and Kisan Mela. Pre Kharif & Pre Rabi training cum workshop in each block for Extension workers
Horticulture Department	Technical guidance and training to the field workers of horticulture Department and farmers.
Madhya Pradesh Agro. Industries development co-operation.	Demonstration of implements

Forest Department	FWE programme of Vishwa Vidyalaya.
Fisheries Department	Organizing Rice Cum Fish culture demonstration.
NGO	KVK Seoni, W&CD department and Care NGO organized the workshop and prepare the action plan for improving the malnutrition of Seoni district.
NGO- SOPAN, GREEN PARTY , Nehru yuwa Kendra Seoni and SHG	Participate in Training Programmes.
